I am going back to Keynote Speaking and Motivational speaking.I also have been in the Personal Training arena for 30+ years. I have been in Martial Arts for over 42 years. I have been dead and told that I'd never walk again. Nevada titles in my class! I am a go getter and will take you to places that you never thought imaginable!!! I have also trained six National Champion Ice and Roller Hockey teams! I have also done Keynote Speaking and plan on spending more time with this.....

In my six years of instructing CPR/AED for the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, we had 14 people suffer CARDIAC ARREST and all 14 people survived!

3 more days and the gym should start to slow down again! New Years resolutions will be forgotten and the people who really care about their health can quit stressing about the lack of equipment and locker space! If you are really serious about your health, fitness and nutrition, I'm back to training clients full time!
