Healthy eating habits start in the garden! Even through the cold winter days, our garden is thriving! ❤️ Planning on making a delicious salad with the radishes! It’s definitely soup time with these cold winter days this week! I love adding fresh greens! Try one of my favorite lentil soup recipes (linked in bio)

Did anyone get a new kitchen appliance for Christmas that they love?

We got a Ninja Creami that I have had my eye on for a couple years! It makes sorbet, ice cream, yogurt, milk shakes, slushies and more! (I love finding healthier ways to make frozen treats!)

Thanks to my fellow healthy mom and friend for inspiring me to get this

We’ve tested a few so far and I think I’m officially hooked!

Can of Coconut milk + mango + maple syrup + vanilla

Vegan chocolate protein + peanut butter + dates + soy milk

Banana + strawberry + mango

Mix ins: walnuts, coconut and vegan chocolate chips

What do you get when you cross September Bunco and Earth Wind & Fire?
BuncoChella music festival! 🎉🎲🎶A wonderful evening that was planned over the past few months with my co hosts .griffith and Adding music (and even dressing like) the elements of earth, wind and fire and incorporating the elements into the festivities. Savory s’mores (such a fun idea!) earth bowls (with tofu peanut sauce and a rainbow of veggies), and the most beautiful chocolate gluten free cake, earth cookies and a “Beverage” wonderland completed the menu.

Our highlight of the night was a special ceremony with wish lanterns where we wrote our intentions and prayers then released them together on the water.
A perfect night of friendship as we played bunco and danced the night away!🌎💨🔥🎶🎲

Zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, herbs, chard and watermelon! 🥒🍅🍉🫑🌶️ check out the community garden that I take care of at bursting with all the summer favorites!! I can’t believe how well this one has grown!! I added some of my favorite soil from in early March and some new plants from and it’s been thriving! Now to make it through the summer heat!☀️😎 Let me know if you want to stop by to visit or to come by on a pop up farmers market day! 💚🥒🍅🫑🍉

Congratulations on an amazing high school golf season for Luke and his team at Doral Red Rock and for winning the 4A State Championship by 16 strokes making them back to back state champions!

Luke placed 1st in the Desert Division and 2nd in State shooting -8 for two days 68/68 at Boulder Creek and Boulder Muni! Love watching all his hard work and dedication pay off! We are so proud of him!!
