Can I tell you.....

I absolutely am in love with this product!

I had a bit of alone time today and I did some facial massage with my Pasttense on my face and neck and some red light therapy. Some self-care.

Before bed, I read a chapter in the Bible and today is no different. I got out my Bible turned it to the book I have been in and I stopped and prayed. I just poured out my heart for God to heal my body. It has been through a lot in my life. I prayed for the release of tension in my body and that He would make my body work as He wants it to and as he made it to do so.

I picked up my Bible and saw the title of today's reading....New Bodies. I laughed that it was right in line with my day. It was a powerful section on how Yehowah will have new bodies in heaven. That he knows our earthly bodies grow tired and don't always work right. 🤯 He loves us so much that he knit us together once in our mother's womb and he knows what this world does to our bodies. He knows what we go through. He is preparing us a second new body because he loves us that much! I am soooooo grateful!!!

I did not notice until I was done reading that this was NOT where I was supposed to be reading. I am in John right now. But God. Yehowah knew what I needed right now. He knows what you need too. He will show up.

Happy Birthday to my other half!
