1️⃣ First of all, your daily workout doesn’t have to take a long time.
As little as 7 minutes has been proven to be very effective.
2️⃣ Take the guesswork out of the equation.
Know what you are going to do, and have a go-to routine you can get familiar with and access easily.
3️⃣ Routine and consistency are workout superheros.
If you can, schedule regular time to exercise each day. Break your exercise session into ‘snacks’ throughout the day if you need to. Just get it done by the end of the day.
4️⃣ Make it fun.
Include the family if you can and make it fun.
5️⃣ Improvise. You don’t need much equipment.
Bodyweight and exercise bands can take you a long way.
