LPMSA UNLV

LPMSA UNLV The Latino Pre-Medical Student Association is a pre-professional organization structured to provide support and opportunity for Latino students.

LPMSA aims to develop a support network for Latino undergraduates pursuing health based pre-professional careers. The organization is dedicated in providing opportunities and providing encouragement for Latino pre-professional students. LPMSA will work to establish networking opportunities, clinical experience, peer support, and academic support. LPMSA also strives to support the Latino population in Las Vegas in terms of healthcare and education. We focus on educational outreach to encourage Latino youth to pursue higher education and careers in medicine. We work towards improving healthcare for underserved Latino communities by establishing communication with local healthcare professionals and programs.
