Earth is the universe’s school for the soul.
When your classroom is Betrayal it can feel like everyone is betraying you, like no one truly has your back. Whether it’s a breakup, a divorce, or friends who disappear and only show up when it’s convenient, betrayal hurts.

However, it doesn’t have to define you.

When you start learning from the experience, you begin to break the cycle.
You stop betraying yourself just to make others more comfortable.
The healing begins when you find inner strength and choose yourself.

Someone loving and appreciating you helps you feel valued.

However knowing your own value goes deeper than worthiness.

You can feel worthy and still not believe you truly deserve good things.

Worthiness is internal — your birthright.
Value is the inner truth that says, I am deserving.

Know your worth first.
Then being valued becomes a bonus, not your identity.

Earth is the universe’s school for the soul. Abandonment/Loss wether through actual abandonment, like a parent leaving or feeling alone in a room filled with people can be painful, but it doesn't have to be.
When you begin to learn from your experience, you can stop abandoning yourself just to fit in.
