🚨 Know someone who is struggling with health issues, daily function, or overall stability — and no matter what they do, they just aren’t getting better or enough support? 🚨

Could be a veteran, single mom, elderly — someone who is slowly declining or slipping through the cracks.

👉 Now is your chance to Nominate that special person you see struggling.

🔥 I am sponsoring 1–2 individuals who truly need support at a huge discounted rate. 🔥

I’m not a typical Caregiver.
I’m an Integrated Human System Specialist, which means I pay attention to how the whole body is functioning together in real time —
energy, appetite, behavior, routines, sleep, stress, symptoms, medication interaction (just to name a few)
—and adjust what’s happening day-to-day so things actually improve instead of repeating the same issues.

🔹 I provide:

🔍 Assessment & System Understanding
• Full-body and lifestyle analysis (energy, appetite, digestion, sleep, mood, symptoms)
• Identify patterns, triggers, and inconsistencies
• Review health history and previous approaches
• Determine likely root causes behind ongoing issues

🧩 Personalized Plan Development
• Create a fully tailored nutrition approach based on tolerance and needs
• Build a structured daily routine (sleep, meals, activity, recovery)
• Adjust food choices, timing, and portions based on real response
• Develop a realistic plan that fits the individual’s actual lifestyle

🛠️ Daily Implementation Support
• Assist with meal setup, food prep, and hydration
• Support daily routines and structure
• Provide medication reminders (within scope)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, low-stress environment
• Guide follow-through on the plan in real time

⚡ Real-Time Monitoring & Adjustments
• Observe changes in energy, appetite, mood, and symptoms
• Catch early signs of decline before they worsen
• Adjust food, routine, and support immediately as needed
• Prevent repeated cycles of the same issues

📊 Ongoing Tracking & Progress Evaluation
• Track patterns, improvements, and setbacks
• Monitor consistency and response to changes
• Refine approach weekly based on what is working or not
• Document progress and functional improvements

🧠 Functional Support & Stability
• Improve overall daily functioning (not just symptom management)
• Support better tolerance to food and routine
• Help stabilize energy, mood, and physical response
• Reduce frequency and severity of recurring issues

đź”— Care Coordination Support
• Identify gaps between daily reality and provider awareness
• Help communicate patterns and concerns when needed
• Support better response to medical or provider-based care

⚠️ Expectations

In order for the individual to receive discounted support the individual must:
• Be local to Henderson or surrounding Las Vegas areas
• Have a stable and safe living environment (no active illegal drug use or unsafe conditions)
• Be under the care of a licensed provider and attending regularly
• Be open to adjusting food, routines, and daily habits
• Have a safe, respectful home environment for in-home support

🔹 Participation & Follow-Through
• You must be willing to actively participate, not just receive help
• You must follow the plan consistently, even when it feels inconvenient
• You must be open to adjusting habits, routines, and food choices
• If recommendations are repeatedly ignored, services may be discontinued

🔹 Communication
• You must communicate honestly and consistently about what you are experiencing
• You must report changes in:
o symptoms
o appetite
o energy
o mood
• Lack of communication limits results and may end services

🔹 Accountability
• You are responsible for your own progress
• This is not a passive service
• I do not “fix” problems for you — I guide and adjust based on your participation
• Missed sessions, lack of effort, or inconsistency will affect outcomes

🔹 Consistency Requirement
• This process requires regular, ongoing support
• Sporadic or “as-needed” help is not effective for this type of work
• You must be willing to commit to a weekly structure

🔹 Readiness for Change
• You must be mentally ready to make changes
• If you are unsure, resistant, or not ready to follow through, this is not the right time
• This is for individuals who want real improvement, not temporary relief

đźš« Not a Good Fit If:
• You are looking for basic caregiving only
• You want someone to do everything for you without your involvement
• You are not willing to change eating habits or routines
• You are only looking for quick fixes or one-time advice
• You are inconsistent with communication or follow-through

⚠️ Safety & Scope
This service does not replace medical care or licensed providers.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform medical procedures.
Any advanced medical needs must be handled by appropriate professionals.

🔹 Commitment to Process
• Progress takes time, observation, and adjustment
• Small changes consistently applied lead to the best results
• You must be willing to trust the process and allow it to work

Many people dealing with ongoing health issues feel frustrated repeating their story to different doctors, forgetting details during appointments, or worrying something important is being missed.
I help organize symptoms, labs, medications, and health history into one clear timeline and summary so providers can quickly see the full picture.
When information is organized, appointments are often more productive, patterns are easier to discuss, and people feel more confident advocating for themselves.
I don’t give medical advice — my role is strictly organizational support — but having everything clear and in one place can reduce stress and prevent important details from slipping through the cracks.
If you or a loved one are managing complex health care and feel overwhelmed, I’m happy to share details.

Every health journey looks different.
No two bodies follow the same path, respond the same way, or need the same approach to heal.

What worked for someone else may not work for you—and that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. Your body has its own patterns, history, and signals that deserve to be understood, not overridden.

Real healing happens when we look beyond symptoms and begin uncovering root causes—while having the right support as your body moves through change. Because navigating shifts in health isn’t meant to be done alone.

This isn’t about quick fixes or copying someone else’s plan. It’s about listening, understanding, and building a path that actually supports you.

Visit trulyheardwellness.com to learn how to interpret your body’s signals, identify root causes, and feel supported every step of your health journey.

Is there something your body has been trying to tell you that you haven’t quite been able to put into words yet?

Maybe it’s a symptom that keeps showing up without a clear explanation.
Or something you’ve asked about before but still don’t feel you truly understand.

If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to share here. There’s no pressure to explain it perfectly—sometimes simply naming what feels confusing is the first step toward clarity.

This space is about listening, learning, and supporting one another. Your story matters, and it may help someone else feel less alone too đź’š

🌟 Happy National Vision Board Day 🌟
Before goals, milestones, or achievements—start with your health. Your energy, focus, and capacity for everything else depends on it.

A vision board isn’t just about what you want to have—it’s about how you want to feel. Rested. Nourished. Regulated. Strong. Clear.

As you create today, let your health be the foundation. The routines you want to keep, the way you want your body to function, and the support you need to feel well in your daily life.

When your health is supported, everything else becomes possible ✨

🌿 Happy National Houseplant Appreciation Day 🌱
Houseplants do more than brighten a room—they support your health in subtle but powerful ways. Caring for plants can lower stress, improve focus, and help regulate the nervous system by adding calm, rhythm, and connection to your environment.

Plants also support air quality, encourage mindful routines, and bring a sense of grounding into daily life—something our bodies deeply respond to, even when we don’t realize it.

Today, take a moment to appreciate your green companions and the quiet support they offer your well-being đź’š

Happy National Cuddle Up Day 🥰
Cuddling isn’t just comforting—it’s nervous-system support. Safe, gentle physical touch helps calm the body, signal safety, and shift you out of stress mode. It can lower tension, improve mood, and help your system feel more regulated and connected.

So take a moment today to cuddle up with a loved one, a pet, or even wrap yourself in something cozy. Your nervous system will thank you ❤️🛋️
