Stretching doesnât have to be big to be powerful.
I was working this clientâs arm line because he deals with tight forearms and occasional numbness into his hands. Instead of cranking on the wrist or aggressively stretching the fingers, we focused on a subtle adjustment that opens the entire fascial line: from the fingertips, through the forearm, into the bicep, and all the way up to the chest.
Can you spot the tiny shift?
Small changes.
Intentional tension.
Active engagement.
Thatâs how you create lasting results.
This is huge for anyone with rounded shoulders or anyone who works with their hands all day: barbers, hairstylists, bodyworkers, tattoo artists, desk warriors. If youâre constantly gripping, typing, or leaning forward, your arm line is talking to you.
Mobility isnât about forcing range.
Itâs about teaching your body to control and support it.
If your forearms stay tight or your hands go numb, letâs address the root, not just the symptoms.
DM me âARMSâ and letâs get you moving the way youâre meant to.
