EcoSoul Retreat is a 6-day, queer-centered retreat held in Northern Brazil this October. It was created to give your system enough time and safety to settle. Not every healing space needs more insight. Some need time. Land. And fewer expectations.
EcoSoul Retreat exists for that reason.
The retreat includes:
Meals
Transportation to and from airport and during retreat
Guide connected to the land and region.
The container is intentionally small and intentionally held.
Day-by-day rhythm looks like this:
Day 1 — Landing — Arriving slowly, letting the body catch up, and settling into the land and the group.
Day 2 — Grounding — Establishing safety through rhythm, nature, and being supported by the earth beneath you.
Day 3 — Earth Play — Engaging with the land through touch, creativity, and curiosity without needing a goal.
Day 4 — Embodiment — Deepening presence in the body through movement, sensation, and lived experience.
Day 5 — Ancestry — Connecting with lineage and remembrance in a way that feels resourced and held.
Day 6 — Integration — Weaving what’s been felt and learned into something that can move with you beyond the retreat.
