EcoSoul Retreat is designed for the person that sits with Earth and is seeking to integrate past lives and time hopes. Your Guides have consciously curated a safe, loving space that you can call home. Integration is how we learn to live on the other side of the ceremony. Insight becomes free to take root and shape how we love, choose, and show up in the world. With care, your guides will support you with unmasking, embracing all that you feel, and sitting in clarity with past and present journeys.
I’m Dee— a Somatic therapist, Earth medicine facilitator, Birth doula and integration guide. My work lives at the intersection of body, spirit, and story. I support people in bringing what was revealed in ceremony back into lived experience — into relationships, boundaries, creativity, and the body itself. Integration is where the real medicine happens; it’s how insight becomes embodiment, and healing becomes a daily rhythm.
Hi, I’m Thais – a Brazilian, artist, and cultural guide. My roots are in this land, and my work is shaped by its colors, stories, and ancestral rhythms. Through creative practice and cultural connection, I help people express what words can’t always hold — using art as a bridge between the inner world and the world around us.
Together, we hold this retreat as an offering to the land, to community, and to the slow, sacred work of becoming whole.
For four days in the northern mountains of Brazil, we’ll move, create, rest, and integrate while being guided by the wisdom of the body and the earth beneath our feet.
This retreat is a space to live what’s true and to remember that healing, when shared, becomes belonging.
