Right now we’re dialing in his nutrition, stacking 3-4 consistent training sessions per week, and putting a big focus on recovery and stress management so his body can finally perform the way it’s meant to.

Anyone who knows Mike knows how hard he works and how much he does for this community.

Quick circuit today, but every rep matters.
Simple movements, full focus, and controlled effort.

3 sets of 10–15 reps with 2 minutes rest:
• Heel-Elevated Goblet Squat
• Reverse Lunge
• Push-Up
• Bodyweight Glute Bridge (not shown)
• Stiff-Leg Deadlift

These basics build strength, stability, and better movement patterns.
Nothing fancy — just consistent work and doing the fundamentals well.
