Our Oregon team has been having a blast showing up, connecting, and being part of the community. Moments like these remind us just how meaningful self-directed care can be for individuals and their families. We love hearing your stories and meeting everyone who stops by our booth. New York: We’re celebrating one proud year as your CDPAP statewide fiscal intermediary!
April 1, 2025 marked the start of our journey together, and we could not be more honored to be supporting New York consumers in their choice to live independently at home — and the hardworking, dedicated caregivers who make that possible every day.
Here’s to one year — and many more ahead — delivering a stronger, more sustainable program for the people at the center of it.

🧡DDAM - Employee Social Spotlight💚
For our final DDAM Employee Spotlight, we’re highlight Chassity and her son! During her time as a caregiver, she built meaningful relationships that inspired both her and her son to volunteer with the Special Olympics. Through this experience, she’s been able to see the individuals we serve at PPL thriving and doing what they love.
That’s why this month means so much to her. It’s about connection, inclusion, and showing up for one another.
Her message is simple, get involved and be part of your community. You never know the impact it may have on others and on your own life too.

We had an amazing time at the Tools for the Journey Conference hosted by Club 21 in California! 🌟
It was so inspiring to connect with the community and share conversations about the Self-Determination Program with everyone who stopped by our booth. Grateful for the connections, the conversations, and the opportunity to be part of such an empowering event for individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities. Until next time! 💙
We had a fantastic time at yesterday’s Annual Senior and Caregiver Expo hosted by Henrico County Outreach and Engagement in Virginia 💙
It was great seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared your stories and experiences. We always enjoy talking about the benefits of self-directed care in VA and look forward to next time!
For our third DDAM spotlight, we’re highlighting Elizaveta, who shares that this month is a meaningful time to reflect on her son, Edward, who was diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay.
She shares that her son requires dedicated support from specialized schools and therapists to continue growing and reaching his potential. He is a joyful and loving child who brings so much happiness to those around him.
For Elizaveta, this month is a commitment to advocate, uplift, and speak out for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
