More of my truth in honor of Mental Health Awareness.

I don't know about you but the last month or so has felt like a crazy, jolty, up, down, side to side, one minute tons of adrenaline fun then plummeting "get me off this thing!!!" vibes, roller coaster!

I am so thankful for the coping skills I have learned throughout these years, so grateful for meditation, breathwork and Reiki/Energy work. It has kept me stable and off psychiatric meds for about 7 years now.

I am diagnosed Bipolar II, major depression, PTSD, OCD, anxiety and panic disorders, oh yeah and my favorite "complicated".

"Complicated" came in when psychiatric meds were making me worse physically and mentally. Physically they were slowly killing me, mentally i was developing more and more phobias.

Meds work beautifully for many people and they got me over major humps, but I tried so many combinations and everything ended up, eventually making me worse.

When I decided to get off medication, I had a very strict plan in place of family members and my therapist watching for signs that my mental health was going south.

This is when I began to discover meditation, sound therapy, then Reiki and then breathwork and so much more.

My hard won battle with mental health and a life of trauma, is what I bring to my practice. I have been to some of the deepest darkest sides of mental health. I sit with compassion and understanding for my clients because I have been to many of the places they have been to.

My life goal is to bring hope back to people, hope that you can feel better, hope that you can feel more peace, more trust, more joy. Its not an easy journey, I wish I could wave a magic wand and make things all better for my clients instantly but I haven't found that wand yet lol. But I can give you tools, tools to help you.

Tomorrow I will be at Tracy Well-Being Retreat from 6pm-9pm!

They are celebrating their 2nd year in business with a vendor pop up event!

I will be raffling off 3 beautiful crystal wire wrapped necklaces (handmade by White Willow Wellness Center!) and raffling off a free session with me!
