We had a great time at the BIPOC Soul: L3 Power Summit for BIPOC Entrepreneurs, Leaders, and Community Members! Thank you to the amazing Panelist Carter Gaskins, Derek Kwan, Michael Odupitan, Dr. Quincy Johnson, and Angelica Crowley. Participants also enjoyed self care activities facilitated by Massage Therapist, Chantel White; Haircare Specialist, Shannon Collins; Clinical Therapist, Reggie Jackson; Writer and Director, Rita Rials; and Clinical Therapist, Nicole Rials. In addition to nourishing our mental health, Chef Hazim Alexander was there to ensure we nourished our bodies! It's not just about what we do- but what we think about ourselves, and what we say to ourselves have impact on how we feel about ourselves! We'll tap into our creative side and leave with some positive affirmations and reminders about the importance of our words!
