Schedule a private or semi-private lesson: yoga, flexibility, yoga contortion, and aerial (lyra, trapeze, yoga swing, circus tissue loop). Suggested donation $1/min. Sliding scale based on need and commitment.

Schedule a Build Your Practice session to create your own home fitness, yoga, self-care, aerial training regimen based on our unique needs and goals. Suggested donation $1/min. Sliding scale based on need and commitment.

Yoga therapy sessions can address depression, anxiety, grief, general wellness, joint hypermobility, and physical/emotional conditions within the scope of the practice. Suggested donation sliding scale $33 - $66/hr. Sliding scale based on finances and willingness to make a commitment to multiple classes.
