Anderson County ASAP The program is operated out of the Office for Drug Control Policy and funded through the Kentucky State Legislature. Anderson County A.S.A.P.

The Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (KY-ASAP) was created in 2000 to develop a strategic plan to reduce the prevalence of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use among youth and adult populations in Kentucky and coordinate efforts among state and local agencies in the area of substance abuse prevention. With the creation of the Anderson County chapter of A.S.A.P. in April 2012, all but six of Kentucky’s 120 counties are served by a local board. is currently composed of eighteen members who represent many different community interests and organizations.
