This athlete doing explosive lateral jumps looks impressive — but for most people with knee pain, that level of movement isn’t safe yet.

Before you jump… you learn to squat correctly.

Partial squats are the perfect starting point:
👉 You can use a chair for support
👉 You can add weights when you’re ready
👉 You build strength safely
👉 Your knee learns to track properly

Progress happens one smart step at a time — not all at once.

That B-roll of someone trying to walk on an unsteady rope ladder said it all 😬
Balance challenges can make knee pain feel worse and movement feel unsafe.

That’s why training your balance — even in simple ways — makes a HUGE difference.

Tandem walking (heel-to-toe) is a fantastic place to start:
✔️ Builds stability
✔️ Strengthens foot & ankle control
✔️ Improves confidence
✔️ Reduces knee strain during daily activities

Better balance = better knees.

We’ve all seen someone stand up, take a step… and immediately grab their knee in pain 😖

Often, the knee gets blamed — but the real issue is weak hip support.
When the hips can’t do their job, the knee takes the load.

That’s why bridges are such a powerful starting point 🍑➡️🦵
They strengthen the glutes, stabilize the pelvis, and unload the knee — helping reduce pain with walking, stairs, and sit-to-stand movements.

If your knee hurts when you rise from a chair, this is for you.

This clip of a guy squatting in the woods and running off had me laughing 😂
But let’s be real — some exercises look weird until you know why they matter.

Hip hinges may look awkward, but they’re one of the BEST moves to take pressure off your knees.
They teach you to move from your hips instead of jamming your knees forward — a game-changer for:
✔️ Bending
✔️ Lifting
✔️ Squatting
✔️ Everyday movement

When your hips generate the power, your knees finally get a break 🙌

This clip of someone clutching their knee says what so many people feel:
👉 deep stiffness
👉 tightness after sitting
👉 pain when bending

If this is familiar, a great place to start is restoring motion, not intensity.

Heel slides with a strap are one of my go-to early-stage exercises 🦵✨
They gently improve knee range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help you move with more freedom — especially first thing in the morning or after sitting.

Little movements add up. Motion feeds the knee.
