Meal Prep Time
I love living in a time and place where we have an abundance of high quality produce and ingredients.
We can go from empty bowl to Yogi-Waffies in under 25 min.
These have banana, zucchini, flax, Greek yogi, and whey protein.
Dump some frozen strawberries in a pot with cinnamon and let it simmer down while the waffies are cooking.
25 min later we’ve got Yogi Waffies with Strawberry Syrup. Zero sugar added.
