I am excited to continue this series! We have made it to the Ovulatory phase, which happens after your Follicular phase and before your Luteal phase.

FUN FACT! You may notice that you look or feel more attractive during your ovulation. I feel this way at least! Scientific studies show findings are consistent with this possibility! I hope my wedding day lands on my ovulation phase🤞🏼😂

You may also notice an increase in libido since ovulation is your “fertile window!” Be more vigilant about birth control during this phase.

Year-end recaps always get me 🥹✨

Looking back at everything I’ve accomplished this year fills my heart so deeply. I’m already looking ahead to 2026 with so much excitement, three births are already on my calendar (wahoo! 🎉).

I’m endlessly grateful that I found birth work, and even more grateful for the families who trust me enough to invite me into their birth space during such a vulnerable, powerful, and transformative time in their lives. It is truly an honor I never take for granted.

When we think about prepping for the postpartum period or supporting new parents during this time, dinner is usually the first thing that comes to mind. Preparing dinners and having ready-to-go meals is such a great way to support a new family. Unfortunately, breakfast often falls through the cracks, leading many to skip it altogether.

That’s why I like to restock this client’s freezer with grab-and-go breakfasts, so she can start her day off right with minimal effort! These egg bites, along with breakfast burritos, make great freezer options.

When I first started cycle syncing a few years ago, it honestly felt a little overwhelming. Between trying to plan meals around certain foods, switch up my workouts, and remind myself to actually rest during my menstrual phase… it was a lot to juggle.
