march 3rd will always be my favorite day.

it’s been such an amazing year.
so many wellness sessions.
so much helping.
so much growth.
so much healing.

i’d like to extend a huge thank you to all the clients that have trusted me in their healing and wellness journeys. it’s a humbling feeling to know that i’ve helped aid your body and mind their own in healing even a little.

being in the bodywork field is such an intimate setting to be in that involves a great amount of trust between practitioner and client and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

i’m also grateful for beyond chiropractic in the partnership we’ve created. you are so appreciated.

i look forward to continuing to help all future and new clients and am eager to see what the future holds for year two 🌿

+ you’ll get $5 off every session you have as long as you come in at least once a month

*only one referral can be used per session. referrals can stack and be used once per session until your referrals run out. example: if you refer 5 people that receive a session, you’ll receive $5 off for 5 sessions

some people think that you need to have an issue to work on to receive a massage and that’s totally not the case. if all you want is general maintenance or relaxation, you can still receive the benefits of massage.

in wind & sage wellness, i will offer a multitude of wellness services. the services I’ll offer as of right now are...

🌿 massage therapy :
massage therapy will be booked in 60 or 90 minute sessions. the session will be tailored to you needs and what you’re looking for during your session. any stress issues can be addressed and a care plan will be discussed

🌿 reiki:
reiki will be booked in 30-60 minute sessions. these can either be in person or done remotely if you so chose. we’ll start off with some deep breathing and will then get into working with your energy and any issues that would like extra attention

🌿 essential oils :
with essential oils, i offer consultation services where we can discuss what oils you may need to introduce into your life and how to properly use them to benefit you and your family

🌿 crystals :
with crystal services, it will involve a quick reiki session. we’ll directly address certain areas of you life you’d like to work on. i’ll recommend some crystals to fit your situation and teach you how to cleanse and use your crystals

wind & sage wellness has been something I’ve been envisioning for myself since i took my first business class in the beginning of 2014. i’ve been told that massage therapy would be something i’d be good at for long before that. eventually, i listened.

during the business class, making a business plan for a single business was all we focused on. thus, my massage business was born. the original name that i gave my business was windstille wellness. when you translate windstille back to it’s german origin, it means calm or a lull in the wind. as time went on, i realized that i needed to change the name

while i wanted to keep the same integrity of windstille, it caused me to think about about the wind. we need wind to pollinate. to breathe. to help new life. we can feel the wind moving among us.

sage is one of my favorite herbs to cook with. i love to sage my house and feel a great sense of calm and peace just to simply smell the sage burning. without wind, we cannot sage. this is how the idea of wind & sage wellness blossomed.

as the idea for my wellness business grew, i knew there were multiple certifications i’d have to receive. i’ve been a rock, which i now realize were crystals and other pretty rocks, collector since i was a young child. i started using essential oils in 2013. i’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. i received my mastery in reiki in early 2020. i’m working on my meditation teacher certification. i want to be a certified birth doula. i want to own my own crystal shop. and i know those ideas will keep growing

my wellness roots are well planted, but my journey is just beginning 🌿
