"Our residential housing program, located in Kingsport, Tennessee, provides expectant mothers facing unplanned pregnancies who have no support, support; who have no hope, hope; who have no direction, direction. Our program offers safe, secure, and supportive long-term housing (up to two years) to pregnant women free of charge."

"In 2014, Mental Health America (MHA) launched our online mental health screening: a collection of online, free, confidential, anonymous, and scientifically validated screening tools to help individuals understand and learn more about their mental health.

Since then, around 1 million screens are completed every year, with up to 3,000 screenings being taken per day. This makes this the largest data set ever collected from a help-seeking population."

"Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a highly effective treatment for OCD and BDD, but young people often require support from parents to get the most out of therapy. This talk will cover some of the factors that can interfere with young people fully engaging with CBT, and we will discuss what parents can do to promote engagement. The talk will also address some of the common concerns that families have about remotely-delivered therapy, which has become commonplace over the last 15 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic."

"The resource mother is a community health worker who develops a supportive mentoring relationship with the teen and her family. The program's main goal is to improve birth outcomes for the teen and the baby.

This program provides:

- Early entry into prenatal care
- Childbirth preparation
- Regular health/dental care and medical home for mother and infant
- Drug and alcohol avoidance and smoking cessation
- Nutrition and healthy eating
- Stable home development for the teen and her baby with the help/support of her family and partner
- Return to school or work for teen
- Delay or spacing of repeat pregnancy via a Reproductive Health Life Plan
- Birth control education
- Mental health screening for depression
- Domestic Violence/ Intimate Partner Violence screening
- Feeding and Breastfeeding
- Up-to-date immunizations for the teen and baby
