Most people walk into a gym thinking they need to punish themselves or “fix” something about themselves. But I believe training should be about something bigger—building a body that moves well, feels strong, and lasts a lifetime.

I’ve been there. Weak, tight, stiff, in pain—doing everything “right” and still feeling like my body was working against me. But I found another way. A way to get stronger, more flexible, and more capable without breaking myself in the process. And now, I wake up everyday fired up to help others do the same.

This gym isn’t about quick fixes or mindless workouts. It’s about teaching you how to move better, build strength that matters, and enjoy the process so fitness becomes something you crave, not something you dread.

Sure, we’ll hit bigger numbers on a barbell or look good in the mirror, but I really train people to feel good in their bodies, to play with their kids pain-free, to hike, run, lift, and move through life with confidence.

Strength isn’t just about what you can lift—it’s about what you can do, how you feel, and the freedom that comes with knowing your body won’t hold you back.

I coach because I love seeing people go from hesitant and unsure to strong, resilient, and thriving. Because I know what it’s like to feel limited, and I know what it’s like to break through.

I used to wear soreness like a badge of honor - I’d brag about being so sore I had to spend an entire day on the couch to be functional the following day.

Then I had kids and it clicked that the entire point of going to the gym was to be better at the things I want to do outside of the gym.

To be able to go from carrying my toddler for hours to wrestling my preteens without skipping a beat (or needing to warmup first)

Oddly enough, I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, faster, and fitter without getting debilitated from my training anymore.

Do I still get sore? Sure, but rarely in a way that limits me playing with my kids.

I don’t typically talk about my qualifications - they’re less important than results.

But this certification is different, because it’s not just a weekend seminar and a test.

It’s only given based on your ability to achieve and deliver results.
Ben made sure the crew set the standard ridiculously high to qualify.

I don’t expect anyone to understand how hard this was to get, but the work it took to get this is some of the work I’m most proud of having ever done.
