If you’ve been by Willamette Manor lately, you’ve probably noticed a few construction signs. Thanks to a grant, we’re updating our community to better support our 95-year mission of providing safe, comfortable living for our residents.

And yes… we’ll admit it, that funky floral carpet had its moment. 🌿😉 We’re thrilled to say it’s finally time for a fresh, modern look. Here’s a peek at one hallway’s before, during, and after.

Huge thanks to Sweet Life Construction for all their hard work and care through these renovations. Stay tuned for more transformation photos!

A Trip Down Memory Lane — Lebanon High School, Class of 1955!

Today, one of our wonderful residents shared his 1955 Lebanon High School yearbook with us. What a treasure it is! Among the pages, we found classic photos of the Lebanon Warriors football team, captured just two years before the Heath Stadium grandstands were built.

It’s amazing to see how much our community’s spirit and pride have endured through the years. From cheering under the Friday night lights in 1955 to supporting our hometown teams today.

As Lebanon works to rebuild those same grandstands, we can’t help but reflect on the generations of memories made there. ❤️💙

Willamette Manor is excited to stand behind Lebanon High School in their mission to rebuild their condemned grandstand and bring new life to a space that means so much to students and the community.

LHS is a finalist in T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights Contest, with a chance to win $1 million in desperately needed stadium upgrades. Out of more than 2,100 schools nationwide, Lebanon High is the only one in Oregon to make it to the top 25!

🏟️ This isn’t just about a stadium. It’s about providing safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students to gather, compete, and build memories. An upgraded stadium would benefit the entire community for years to come.

🫧Third Annual Wheelchair & Walker Wash🫧

Our residents at Willamette Manor had a blast at this years Wheelchair & Walker Car Wash! 🧽🚿 With lots of smiles, laughter, and teamwork, every walker and wheelchair came out looking squeaky clean and refreshed.

A huge thank you to Kayla from Signature Healthcare at Home for donating popsicles. The perfect treat after a “car wash” adventure! 💛

We love moments like these that bring our community together and make everyday life just a little more fun.

🚢 Final Stop on Our Cruise Through Construction: Shipwrecked! 🏝️

We wrapped up our cruise adventure with a bang, or should we say a splash! Residents “washed ashore” for a day of Gilligan’s Island trivia, became honorary pirates, and set off on a treasure hunt. 🏴‍☠️✨

Of course, no shipwreck is complete without tasty treats, and our crew enjoyed plenty of fun snacks to keep the energy high. 🌴🍪🍹

What a fantastic way to end our journey! Thanks for celebrating National Assisted Living Week with us.❤️

Fourth Stop on Our Cruise Through Construction: African Safari! 🦁🌿

Our residents embarked on a thrilling “big game hunt” …no real animals, just our wonderful staff dressed up in inflatable animal costumes! 🐘🦒

For refreshments, we served “bug juice,” pigs in a blanket, and even chocolate-covered “grubs” for a playful safari twist. What an adventure!
