Thank you so much for taking the time to explore what June Yoga and Wellness is all about. Yoga brought a sense of peace and healing energy to my soul. It nurtured me into who I am and continues to guide me on my path in life. Yoga is my biggest supporter, and in many ways it saved my life because it gave me meaning and purpose. I have dedicated the last few years to helping others discover the po

wer of yoga and its healing abilities on the mind, body, and spirit. I am currently expanding my knowledge and working towards a comprehensive trauma informed yoga certification that will allow me to expand my practice and help those who are suffering from trauma. One day I hope to own my very own practice, but for now you can find me teaching in communities around NH and ME. Always check back and be on the look out for more pop classes coming this summer. As always, all are welcome at any level to come to my classes. Let go of all your stresses and strains of everyday life and join me for an amazing and transformative yoga practice.

So spread that kindness extra today and make each day a new opportunity to create peace. Peace for yourself, peace for your family & friends, peace for your town, peace for your state, peace for all the animals & Mother Nature, and peace for all beings everywhere in the world.
