Today we’re taking a moment to recognize the men in our lives — fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, friends, and co-workers — and the unique health challenges they face, especially when it comes to stress and mental well-being.

International Men's Health Awareness is November 19th, but at Inspired Functional Medicine we are focusing the entire month on men's health. You’ll see our A-frame in the office highlighting this message because we want to start the conversation right where people walk in:
Men’s health matters. Mental health matters. Checking in on each other matters.

Today is a good day to pause and reach out to the men you care about. A quick text, a check-in, a “how are you really doing?” can go a long way.
