A few weeks ago, we spent time with the A.B. May team for CPR and First Aid training and it was such a great class.

The group was engaged from start to finish, hands on, asking questions, and really getting involved. There was a lot of interaction and energy in the room, which made it both fun and meaningful while focusing on real life skills.

February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about cardiovascular health and the lifesaving impact of CPR.

❤️ Every year, more than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of a hospital setting. Immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival. The reality is simple: when more people are trained, more lives are saved.

At Basic Life Support, we are proud to be an American Heart Association certified training site, equipping workplaces, schools, healthcare teams, and community members with the skills and confidence to act when seconds matter most.
