✋Nurturing Touch Physical Therapy and Wellness has been serving Kansas City babies for 5 years!!!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all of the encouraging words and support over the past 5 years! I can’t even put into words the amount of gratitude I have for each of the babies and families that I’ve been blessed to serve and for the many providers that I’ve treated alongside, collaborated with, and learned from.

Story time: 5 years ago- I decided to take a leap. I was a single mother, who wanted to be able treat families in a different way than what I was able to do at the place I was working at… and I knew I needed something different so that I could be present for my boys in the way I wanted to.

So I left the safety and security and PTO of a corporate job and started my own practice while also doing 2 other contract jobs to make ends meet. I spent my Fridays meeting with people and learning from others who had done something similar to me. I played “This Girl Is On Fire” by almost daily to keep me going though the good and the hard🔥. And slowly, I grew and grew. There were (and sometimes still are) tears of joy and tears of exhaustion. It hasn’t all been easy-but it’s all been worth it.

I’m so grateful that I took the leap. I continue to meet the cutest babies and coolest families and collaborate with many amazing providers (we have so many wonderful providers in KC!!!). I get to practice the way I feel best serves my patients and I get to be more present for my own kids. Entrepreneurship definitely isn’t for everyone- and I could certainly be doing many parts of it much better.. but I’m grateful for what it’s brought to my life. If you need a sign to take a leap- here it is!

And again- thank you from the bottom of my heart to each of you who have made this beautiful journey what it is over the past 5 years.. I couldn’t have done it without you 💜💜💜
