12 Rosemary
10 Ginger
10 Cypress
10 Deep Blue
10 Wintergreen

Fill with coconut oil

You can also try a hot compress.

Hot Compress for Sciatica

1 T coconut oil
Drops
4 Nutmeg
5 Clove
8 Ginger
Put in bowl of warm water

Moisten towel in water solution and put on pain area.
