🧐 I'm figuring we're about halfway through the holiday season so I thought it was a good time to check in and see how you're doing.
❓ Are you feeling frazzled or energized?
🤔 Maybe it's a good time for a few quick tips to promote sanity:
👉🏼 The 80-20 rule is where it's at, stick to clean nutrition 80% of the time so that you can let your guard down just a little bit the rest. 🥂
👉🏼 When you do let your guard down, don't beat yourself up over it. Enjoy every bit of your indulgences. 😋
👉🏼 Don't skimp on the Zzzzzzs -- a good night's rest can make up for a great deal of indiscretions 😴
👉🏼 Try not to overspend the budget, small thoughtful expressions of gratitude and appreciation make a bigger impression than expensive gifts 🎁
🙏🏼 I hope this helps just a little bit, go on and enjoy the holiday season.

🗓️ It’s Monday; it's December 1st; it's the unofficial start of winter which means cold and flu season 😷 and the holiday season is officially underway. 🎁 And have I got some tips for you!
You cannot pour from an empty champagne flute! 🥂 Self-care is not a luxury; it’s a non-negotiable survival strategy.
Here is your quick-and-sassy Holiday Survival Kit: 💪🏼
1. Fuel Your Shield: Don't let stress tank your immune system. Every day, eat something green and crunchy—and stay hyper-hydrated. Your body needs nourishment, not just party snacks! 😋
2. The Power of "No": Your best stress-reduction tool is your mouth. Protect yourself by fiercely guarding your time. If it doesn't bring you joy, politely decline. Saying 'No' is an act of self-care. 🙂‍↔️
3. Nightly Recharge: Your body fixes everything—your hormones, your immune system, your detox pathways—while you sleep. Set a non-negotiable sleep curfew. Protect that natural Melatonin like it's gold. 😴
4. Boundaries Are Beautiful: Prioritize 15 minutes of quiet time each day just for you. You need to reset the signal. Some of my favorite reset activities: meditation, breathing deeply, keeping a gratitude journal, listening to classical music, coloring, singing, dancing, stretching, practicing yoga. 🙏🏼
