Could you use a reset after your busy week? Meghan and Kalie are curating a space just for you tomorrow morning, trusting it will be exactly what you need.

What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves which can clear stagnant energy, balance chakras, and bring the body back into coherence. You may experience feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, may feel and release emotions, have visuals or insights. No effort, no focus required. You just receive. Options to include oils and hands on touch to deepen your experience.

*When: Saturday, Jan 31 - 10 am-11 am

*Where: Bliss Haven Collective, 98 W Main St, Lehi

*What To Bring: Pillow:Blanket, Journal, anything that makes you feel comfy and cozy (mats provided and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer)

*Cost: Classes are donation based with a suggested exchange of $11-$22
