Did you know there’s a connection? Gut+Brain+Skin & Autoimmune Diseases:
Learning about the connection between my gut microbiome, brain and skin has helped me know exactly where to focus to significantly improve the terrible symptoms that accompany Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Living with an autoimmune DIS-EASE is no joke.
I’m grateful to now know how to use specific organic ingredients to reduce the many challenging symptoms of RA. Being free from pain and having my energy back is priceless. Liberating🙌🏾
Sharing this education can shorten the learning curve towards reduced symptoms and improved health overall.
There are people who might be at their wits end right now being told that the only thing they can do is to consume and inject dangerous drugs for the rest of their lives with no conversation about uncovering the root cause. I’m happy to confidently say that’s simply not true.
Daily chronic pain, fatigue and the challenges that accompanied attempting to perform basic living activities was a harsh and daunting reality for me. It’s a daily reality right now for all too many others.
Within my first year of diagnosis as I was literally obsessed with researching online searching for answers and the direction that my doctors unfortunately weren’t giving me.
I also wondered why there were so many articles on a connection between autoimmune disease and depression and fast forward years later I absolutely understand. Gut+brain.
Also, when not only your physical ability to function but your future self is at risk for disability it can put anyone in a place of feeling powerless and lost.
It takes serious mental strength and discipline to experience this, endure it and overcome it.
Although I may not be able to run and jump quite YET 🏃🏾♀️ but I’m grateful to Gos for my increased mental muscle and improved health journey.
Faith is powerful.
Someone you know right now is suffering in silence just like I was for over a decade.
Here are some statistics:
• Over 50 million Americans have at least one autoimmune disease
• 75% of people with autoimmune diseases are women
• Autoimmune diseases are the third most prevalent disease category in the U.S. after cancer and heart disease
• Research suggests that autoimmune disease diagnoses are increasing
• Possible causes of autoimmune diseases include food, contact with xenobiotics (synthetic chemicals not found in nature), stress, infections, and air pollution
Here’s the GOOD NEWS:
Your diagnosis does not have to be your prognosis! I’m grateful to have a ‘seeker’s’ mentality.
Remember if any one person can resolve or alleviate any problem then the likelihood is that you can too.
In my opinion this is a worthy message for anyone who cares about people.
Who do you know that’s suffering with:
Rheumatoid Arthritis, Type 1 Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis,Lupus, Celiac, Crohn’s, Graves, Hashimoto,
Ulcerative Colitis,IBS, IBD, Psoriatic Arthritis and too many more.
There are natural solutions that work.
