CSC Physical Therapy was opened in 2015 and aims at providing exceptional physical therapy services for all. CSC Physical Therapy provides orthopedic physical therapy and sports specific training. CSC physical therapy is owned and operated by Derek Pond PT, DPT, BCTMB, LMT, CSCS. Derek has experience working with elite level and professional athletes, post surgical patients (total knee/hip/shoulder etc), sports injuries and more and provides exceptional care.
