Anything I crave, I can create 🌱💖

Amaranth Porridge with H**p Milk topped with Trail Mix, homemade warm Berry Compote (Wild Blueberries, Strawberries & Dates with Coconut Sugar), H**p Seeds and Cacao Nibs. Flavored with Clove, Moroccan Ginger, and a likkle Cassia Cinnamon.

I was craving this ALL MORNING — as soon as I woke up — so I went to the market to get the H**p Milk and made it happen in less than 20 minutes. A completely alkaline breakfast filled with omega 3, 6, & 9 fatty acids 🧠 hella protein and fiber, mineral rich, and a great source of Lysine (helping the body absorb and retain calcium and other vitamins and minerals, and supports the production of COLLAGEN in the body 🥰). Not to mention all of the benefits the toppings bring to the table.

From 2008-2018 I was an Esthetician, a Makeup Artist, an Educator in Skin, Makeup Application, and Product Knowledge. I taught students at Institutes how to not only sell and bundle items together to make more money for the brand, but how to maintain and grow clientele. I taught ballet students at the Kirov Academy about facial manipulation through the art of makeup. I poured into people as I taught them the importance of skincare and created custom application techniques that worked for their needs. ☺️

However, I also would discourage them from spending money on expensive brand name skincare when I knew of natural remedies that were a fraction of the price and chemical free. “Girl, you don’t need that makeup remover — go to a natural store and get you some Jojoba Oil and blend it with XYZ to remove your makeup before you cleanse”...stuff like that! 😅 Being knowledgeable and honest allowed me to create relationships with women as a Trusted Friend, rather than as a representative for a well-known brand. Now don’t get me wrong, I LIVE for a peel every now and then...and I can’t break away from Kojic Acid just yet 😅 but this is my skincare cabinet. Aside from a few “medicinal” treatments, I create everything else I put on my face. My facial and body moisturizer, my day eye cream, My nightly oil cleanse, my purging oils, masks, and treatments. I literally use EVERYTHING in this cabinet at some point, depending on what my skin needs at the time. My herbal blends cleanse my gut to ensure that my skin is glowing (and I’m definitely paying for that pig-out sesh in DC this summer AND wearing some unclean masks), and my facial oils ensure that my complexion is glowing and blemish-free (with the help of Kojic, Lactic, and Glycolic Acids 🙃).

I told y’all I’ve been up to something 😏

Lots of folks hop in my DMs asking “what do you do?”, “what is your regimen?”, “what are you brewing?”, “what are the ingredients?”, etc.

I figured I can show you better than I can tell you.

Growing up with a Caribbean family and African-American family was interesting because one side would always reach for herbs and teas while the other had a cabinet filled with prescriptions that have a side effect that requires another prescription and so on... I realized at an early age that God has given us everything we need to sustain an abundant life. I have been carefully curating blends for my own use and have decided to share!

I have been indulging lately — eating lots of foods I normally don’t, like queso from and some fish a few weekends ago...so aside from my supplements from I needed some digestive enzymes to help me out!

I made this papaya-passionfruit smoothie bowl with sea moss and some other deliciousness, topped it with goji berries and homemade “candied coconut” (refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free) for crunch and texture. 🤤🤤

I put this AWESOMELY nutrient dense recipe on YouTube (link in bio)! I make this meal at least once a month or so, it's chock full of plant-based goodness and so much flavor...I couldn't keep this recipe to myself and had to share with everyone.
