The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non- pay status.

Naval Health Clinic Lemoore will adjust its Urgent Care Clinic weekday operating hours effective Oct. 1, 2025. The new weekday patient care hours will be from 1 to 8 p.m., changing from the current 3 to 10 p.m. schedule.

This decision was made after analyzing patient use data and reviewing beneficiary feedback, which showed a greater demand for urgent care services during the earlier timeframe. This change will improve access for service members and their families who need urgent care after work and school hours.

Key Details:
• New Weekday Hours: 1 to 8 p.m. (effective Oct. 1, 2025)
• Weekend/Holiday Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (no change)
• Holiday Closures: The clinic, including Urgent Care, will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

🚧👷Naval Health Clinic Lemoore's facilities team is upgrading our clinic entrances. Starting at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, please follow the signs using the west entrance.

➡️East Entrance Closed: Friday, Sept. 12 evening to Sunday, Sept. 14. Use west entrance.

Urgent Care and Pharmacy will have regular hours.

Enclosures will be built to keep dust contained and noise to a minimum. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the clinic.

🚧👷Naval Health Clinic Lemoore's facilities team is upgrading the clinic entrances over the next two weekends. While construction is underway, please note the detours at the west and east entrances on select dates.

Follow the signs for easy navigation. Enclosures will be built to keep dust contained and noise to a minimum.

➡️ West Entrance Closure: Friday, Sept. 5 evening to Sunday, Sept. 7.

➡️East Entrance Closure: Friday, Sept. 12 evening to Sunday, Sept. 14.

🩺In our excitement to offer you the latest in convenience for accessing your health care, we got ahead of ourselves and shared information about a virtual option for urgent care. While this program is being piloted at several military hospitals and clinics, it is not yet available at our clinic so we removed the post to avoid any confusion.
