This is the time of the year when we get bombarded with junk food and sweets as it seems to be part of the season. I have been working on not only a cleaner diet but also getting more nutritious foods by making a smoothie during the week. It's part of my routine now, making it first think in the morning. You can add anything you want, here is what I use: soy milk, cinnamon, turmeric, protein powder, a banana, peanut butter, coconut oil, chia seeds, pineapple, spinach or kale, and whatever else I want to throw in there. I feel less tired and have more energy! TRY IT!!!!
