Emotional Support Animal….I have never really understood what that meant….

I don’t know how to explain it… but when Poppy is with me, I just feel better. Calmer. Safer. Lighter.
She’s more than a pet — she’s my emotional support, my shadow, my soft place to land. 🐾

She follows me everywhere I go, and somehow just knows when I need her close. I’ve never had a bond like this — one that grounds me without words. I didn’t train her to heal me,
but she does. Every single day.

No fancy terms, no labels needed — just love, connection, and the kind of comfort I didn’t know I needed until she gave it to me 💗💗💗
