4 hot dogs (I prefer Jennie-O turkey dogs)
1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 Tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 cup crumbs (💥 Link in bio)
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
everything but the bagel seasoning
▪▪▪
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 90 seconds. Mix until smooth. Add pork crumbs, baking powder, and egg. Use hands to knead until dough forms. Separate into 4 equal pieces. Shape into 12-inch strips. (If dough becomes too stiff, microwave an additional 15 seconds to soften) Wrap strips around hot dogs. Roll in EBTB seasoning. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until dark golden brown. I used my air fryer and it took 8 minutes

I put grated parmesan cheese in my whoopie pie pan mold, (if you don’t have one, just use a parchment lined baking sheet) baked it at 350 until brown, brushed some sugar free marinara sauce on it, topped with a little grated mozzarella, mini pepperoni’s and baked them in the oven again until the cheese on top was melted⁠⁠⁠
Once they’re cooled down some, remove from pan and place on a paper towel to absorb extra cheese grease, but if cheese grease is your thang, grease on! ✌🏼⁠

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast 🔥🔥

Ingredients
4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lb.
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Himalayan Salt and Peppercorn Lemon & Garlic Seasoning
12 Asparagus stalks end trimmed
1 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes chopped
4 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Place the chicken on a clean chopping board and sprinkle with Himalayan salt and peppercorn along with Lemon and Garlic Seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
Start cutting each one lengthwise to create the pockets. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Add 3 sprigs of asparagus and a couple of pieces of sun-dried tomatoes to a mozzarella slice, then roll it to hold them inside. Stuff the chicken breasts with it.
Close the pocket with a toothpick. Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the chicken and sear it until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until it the cooked through and no longer pink on the inside. Enjoy!

Just four simple ingredients to get the most decadent and delicious snack or breakfast. The key here? Browning the butter just slightly! I used Paleo Cinnamon Raisin bread here—which made the absolute PERFECT vehicle for these delicious bananas. I also used their crunchy Original Almond Butter on top. Directions below!
Heat 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter over medium-high heat in a sauté pan until it just starts to brown, then add the banana slices and cook for about 1 minute or so per side until the edges start to caramelize. I toasted the Paleo Cinnamon Raisin then smeared some of their Original Almond Butter on top. Next, add the bananas—and if you feel like it, I added some honey and cinnamon too!⁠

Ingredients
4 medium to large bell peppers
Garlic olive oil (Costco)
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 medium onion - chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian seasoning
Herbs de Provence
Spicy garlic seasoning (Sprouts)
21 Seasoning Salute (Trader Joes)
Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
1 can/jar (24 ounces each) low-carb tomato sauce
Grated parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut off tops of bell peppers. Remove seeds and membranes. Rinse bell peppers. Slice bell peppers in half. Set aside.
• Add garlic olive oil to a large skillet. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic. Add ground beef and seasonings. Cook until well blended and the meat is brown. I use lean meat so I don’t drain the fat.
• Pour 1 can/jar of the tomato sauce into the meat mixture.
• Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers on a baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
• Bake 20-25 minutes or until peppers are tender. Remove foil. Sprinkle stuffed peppers with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
• Serve hot and enjoy!

Keto Creamy Spinach Lemon Cauliflower Rice Risotto 😍
1 tablespoon olive oil⁠
1 medium onion, finely minced⁠
36 ounce Cauliflower “Rice”⁠
1 cup vegetable broth⁠
5 ounces baby spinach⁠
OPTION 1: CHEESY LEMON CREAM SAUCE⁠
1 cup milk~1 cup white cheddar cheese ~1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese~1 teaspoon sea salt ~Juice of 1 lemon⁠
OPTION 2: DAIRY-FREE LEMON CREAM SAUCE 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth~1 cup raw cashews or pine nuts 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast~1 teaspoon sea salt~Juice of 1 lemon⁠
THE GARLIC CHILI PRAWNS 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced 1 lb. uncooked, peeled prawns (tail on or off, your choice) 1/2 teaspoon paprika A pinch of chili flakes and sea salt⁠
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it is transparent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cauliflower and broth and bring to a boil. Cook the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until it is soft, about 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. If you’re using the Cheesy Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the milk. Blend on high until smooth.
Add the cheddar, parmesan, sea salt and lemon juice and blend again until the cheese has melted. If you’re using the Dairy-Free Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and lemon juice and blend on high until smooth. Add the spinach to the cauliflower rice and put the pan back on the heat.⁠

This Spring vegetable fried rice 🍛 was made with leftover white rice I had sitting in my fridge and it turned out absolutely wonderful. It’s accompanied by toaster oven-baked salmon 🐟 and half an avocado 🥑.

To make the rice heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on the stovetop. Add 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion starts to soften. Add 1/2 cup chopped asparagus and 1/2 cup sliced cremini mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until tender then mixes in 1/2 cup peas until heated through. Once the veggies are cooked add 1 cup of cooked white rice. Turn up the heat if needed and sauté the rice into the veggies. Push the rice and veggies to the sides of the pan to form a hole in the middle. Add a splash of olive oil then add a beaten egg. Let the eggs sit for a moment then scramble the eggs into the rice. Makes about 2 servings.
