Free Fitness in the Plaza continues in Wayne Ferguson Plaza. BYO mat for Yoga, Pilates and Bodyweight Strength. Wear flat-soled shows for Tai Chi.

During the month of May, a different fitness class will also be offered on Noon on Fridays. This week, it's yoga.

Wednesdays - 6 p.m. - Yoga with Blue Anjou Studio 🤸
Thursdays - 6:15 p.m. - Bodyweight Strength Class 💪
*Friday, May 17 - Noon - Yoga with Blue Anjou
Saturdays - 8:30 a.m. - Pilates with Pilates in the City 🧘
Saturdays - 9:30 a.m. - Tai Chi in the Plaza 🥋
