Summer is just around the corner and that means BUG season!! Over the past week, I have noticed that my oldest has become terrified of bugs to the point of not wanting to be outside (I can't blame him when he met his first June bug - who said it was okay for a JUNE bug to visit in APRIL anyway?!).

As we were grocery shopping at Aldi yesterday, I found these Venus Fly Traps..... And so our theme of creepy crawly begins 🤗 Creepy crawly isn't exactly my idea of fun, either, my son, but maybe all of us can find some fun in it 😉

Well there goes another month!! Time is flying by and we have been keeping busy!! There are just so many fun milestones to watch with all of the boys here right now. Now that we are getting to a point where the weather is nice most of the time, we will be outside as much as possible....around naps and feedings of course 😉 Yay!! Where did February go?! We blinked and it was gone! We have been very busy since our last post..... We celebrated Valentine's Day, talked about our dental health, Dr. Seuss and received a new shipment of books from Usborne Books and More!! But even better than all of that, we celebrated a FIRST birthday and a brand new crawler!! 😊
I have also been busy keeping up with our new Google group for the parents. It has given us a platform to come together as a village to take care of what matters most and to post daily pictures (or mostly daily if we don't get too busy!) so parents always know what their little ones are up to during the day!

As a listed provider, the state of Texas allows me to care for up to three unrelated children at a time in my home. It also requires both a background check and fingerprinting for me and my husband. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I provide a weekly curriculum with age based activities, reading and a lot of free play. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included but formula and baby food are not. We have been open since May 2017 but I have worked with children in the past and have a degree in elementary education.
