With heavy hearts, Guardian Group honors Deputy Derrick Bonham, Badge #615, of the Weakley County Sheriff’s Office, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on January 30, 2026.

🚑 Training That Saves Lives 🚑

Guardian Group LLC was proud to provide MARCH Assessment and Rapid Trauma First Aid (RTF) training to the Jackson Fire Department. This hands-on training focused on equipping firefighters with critical skills to rapidly identify and treat life-threatening injuries in high-stress, dynamic environments.

The MARCH assessment (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Head injury/Hypothermia) and RTF principles are vital tools that empower firefighters and EMS professionals to take immediate, decisive action when seconds matter most. This training enhances coordination, confidence, and effectiveness during traumatic incidents—ultimately improving patient outcomes and increasing responder safety.

We commend the Jackson Fire Department for their continued commitment to professional development and to protecting their community through advanced, lifesaving education. Thank you for allowing Guardian Group LLC to be part of your mission.

Our partners at City of Jackson, TN - Fire Department are MAKING IT HAPPEN!!! Congratulations to their newest Recruits and EMTs!

🚒 Congratulations to Our Newest Firefighters and EMTs! 🚑

The Jackson Fire Department is proud to announce that all 8 recruits have officially completed recruit school and successfully finished EMT-Basic class yesterday — with 100% passing their state practical exams!

In addition, JFD Firefighters Jeb Atkinson and Brannon King, along with a member of the Ripley Fire Department, also successfully completed the EMT program—further strengthening emergency medical response across our region.

These recruits will begin their assignments in Operations on the 31st, where they’ll continue building their skills and preparing to take their National Registry exams in the coming weeks.

This accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of JFD’s Training Division, whose commitment to firefighter preparation continues to make a difference. Special thanks to Firefighter Dalton Crozier and Captain Nick Wiggins for their outstanding EMT instruction and leadership.

We also want to extend a thank you to JFD Medics Justin Moser, Tony Pauley, and Gabrielle Pride for serving as proctors for the state practical exams—your time and professionalism were essential to this success.
