Cancelation/No-show Policy
Takes effect immediately.
Credit card kept on file and email will now be required to book an appointment.
Just a friendly reminder, this is my full time job and I rely on my income to keep the lights on, pay the mortgage and feed my girls. I currently have a waitlist of close to 30 people. If I am given at least 24 hrs notice I can almost always fill a canceled appointment. That being said I had 5 people cancel less then 12 hours before their appointment time this week. That makes it very difficult for me to fill those spots which means I just lost my income. I reserve these appointments just for you. Because of this, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I have always been very understanding and lax with my cancelation policy and after 20 yrs of doing this I am being forced to adapt and put one into place.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for other clients and respects the therapist’s reserved time.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
