We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and mental health therapy for Lexington and surrounding counties. We participate with Kentucky First Steps and offer payment plans. At Marshall Pediatric Therapy, our goal is to care for your family in every way while ensuring your child’s therapeutic needs are met. Our caring office staff will meet with you to develop an individualized plan that supports your needs as a family and serves you best. We will care for your kids and help bring out the very best in them!

Our Richmond clinic recently donated food to Kirksville Elementary to help support families with meals over the holiday break. 🫶 A big thank you to our mental health therapist, Kailey, and PCC/referral specialist, Kam, for delivering these donations and representing Marshall with so much heart.

🌟 Big news from our Georgetown clinic! 🌟
We’re so excited to welcome Andrew to the Marshall Pediatric Therapy Georgetown mental health therapy team!

💚 Andrew, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA):
"Hello, I’m Andrew! I graduated from the University of Kentucky for my master’s in Counseling. I joined the Marshall Pediatrics team in October 2025 and specialize in play-based therapy, because I’ve always believed that kids communicate best through creativity, and imagination. I’m a big kid at heart, which helps me meet them right where they are. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new board games, spending time with my family, or chasing our very energetic toddler and dog."

🧠🌱 With the addition of Andrew to our incredible team, we currently have availability for mental health therapy in Georgetown.
We work with children and teens up to age 21, no referral is needed, and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Families also have the option to work with a male or female therapist, and telehealth is available when in-person visits aren’t the best fit.

✨ We’re so glad to have Andrew on our Georgetown team and can’t wait for families to get to know him. Please help us give him a warm Marshall welcome in the comments below!

Keeping insurance information up to date helps us avoid interruptions in care. If your plan has changed and we don’t have the updated details, we may not be able to continue services — and we want to help prevent that!

📝 Complete your 2026 intake paperwork
Updated paperwork helps us start the year informed, aligned, and ready to support your child’s goals from day one.

❄️ Winter weather? Telehealth may be a good option
If weather makes getting to the clinic difficult, we may be able to switch your session to telehealth to help keep therapy consistent.

🗓️ Have a schedule change for the new year?
If your availability has changed, just let us know — we’re happy to work with you to make adjustments when we can.
