I’m so excited to share a special Black Friday sale for Winter Yoga Camp at Redwood! Winter break is right around the corner, and this is such a great way to add a little structure, movement, and fun to those long days at home.

Plus—let’s be honest—every parent can use a little break or extra work time during the holidays!

• $30/day when you register for all 3 days → $90 total (normally $120)

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be hosting a 3-day Winter Yoga Camp at Redwood Cooperative School for little ones ages 3–5!

📅 Dec 29, 30, 31
🕘 9 AM–12 PM
💲 $40/day

Each morning includes:
🧘‍♀️ Two playful kids’ yoga classes
🎨 Creative playtime in the Pre-K classroom
🌿 Mindfulness & social-emotional activities
🌳 Outdoor time (weather permitting!)

It’s a calm, joyful, structured way for kids to move, breathe, and play during the break.
And if you’re anything like me—your kids need a little structure during the week and you need a little time, too! This can even help cover some work time during the holidays.
