Cultivator and manufacturer of high quality CBD oils.

With the creation of our high CBD blends, we've made it possible for many children and adults to experience what superior CBD can do to increase their quality of life. Progress has been proven in our own son, Colten, who was diagnosed with Idiopathic Generalized Epilepsy at the age of 3. He is the reason we are here today, the reason we advocated for h**p, and the drive behind why we introduced CBD cultivation to the state of Kentucky.

With the passing of SB50 and the Federal Farm Bill of 2014, Kentucky Cannabis Company (a.k.a. Bluegrass H**p Oil) was approved as one of the original 6 to legally cultivate h**p in KY. While others were focused on the plants other uses, KCC/BHO placed all their efforts on growing high CBD, American h**p varieties. Since 2014, we’ve been cultivating and extracting under an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
