I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Registered Nurse. My nursing background includes nearly 10 years of Postpartum, NICU, and OBGYN experience.
I am a coach’s wife and mom of two.👩🏼‍⚕️

I am here to help you achieve YOUR (breastfeeding / pumping / weaning) GOALS, whatever stage of parenting you’re at!
I am located in Liberty Hill, TX, right outside of Austin. I offer in-home or virtual visits, prenatal education, accurate baby scale, oral assessments, bottle assistance, you name it!

Beginning in pregnancy and continuing throughout your whole breastfeeding journey, support of an IBCLC can make such a difference! I pride myself on providing a supportive, judgement free, and inclusive experience. Lactation looks different for every family. I’m here for you!💛

momma, holidays are a lot.

if you carry the mental load of E V E R Y thing that needs to be done, purchased, sent, wrapped, coordinated, cooked…and that elf…oof, you’re likely feeling the stress of the season right about now.

I encourage you to be present for your family. the magic is certainly not created by what’s under the tree or some fancy (non-kid friendly) traditions. say no to things, or plans, or expectations that no longer serve you or your family this holiday season.

a present✨and content✨mom will be the greatest gift of all.

and sprinkle some of that holiday magic on yourself, girl. you deserve to shine as bright as the damn tree!🌟
