A particularly challenging and busy week has reminded me that I can't pour from an empty cup! Some self care is in order today. I love using a combination of my massage gun and CBD cream to work out the tension in my forearms and shoulders. What is one small way you can take care of yourself today?

I love offering CBD as an add on to my sessions! CBD promotes deeper relaxation, and can help reduce muscular pain and tension. I've had multiple clients comment on how they feel the benefits of our sessions are increased when I used CBD. This February my little massage practice turns 2 years old!! I've grown so much as a person and as a therapist in these last two years.
