YogaBlast combines the mindful flow of yoga with targeted strength and conditional exercises designed to build stability, endurance and mobility. Resistance bands, light weights, gliders and more will be used in this barefoot class. Temperature is comfortable (not hot) and welcomes all levels. Please bring a towel, yoga mat and a water bottle. ✨
