I will make every attempt to begin and end your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:
Massage Start time:
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows time to prepare for the service and discuss each client’s needs before I begin & to complete the intake form required for all new clients and to be updated as needed. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If you are unable to be at the office and your late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time will be charged. Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
**Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of %100 of the service cost. I recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss or cancel an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons, I am obligated to compensate my time. Late Arrival / Late Start Policy:
All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule. If you arrive late for your session later than scheduled, you may not receive extension of appointments. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment extension. This will be at my discretion and only if my schedule allows for it. Informed Consent:
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. By scheduling your first session with me you will be expressing verbal consent for my services and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy practices and the policies and procedures. Reservations:
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Details of my cancellation policy are provided above.*Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment- I almost always use coconut oil.
