A quick personal update & Reiki insight

Some of you know I’ve been dealing with health issues, and will be having surgery soon. I’ve been doing gentle Reiki on myself when I can, but when you’re in real pain it can be hard to ground and focus energy properly. While Reiki has been a beautiful support tool through this process, it’s important to remember that Reiki works WITH medical care and not in place of it.

I’ll be taking this time to rest and heal fully before resuming client sessions. Thank you all for your understanding, patience, and loving energy.

Healing starts with honoring your body, listening to your spirit, and allowing everything to work together.
