Sheldon Zaste is a dedicated massage therapist with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. A graduate of the Spectrum School of Massage, he specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage, and cupping techniques, providing tailored treatments that address individual needs and promote relaxation.
