🚑 Upcoming CPR Classes – Join the Waitlist! ❤️

We’ll be hosting upcoming Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED and BLS Provider CPR classes through Seberger CPR & First Aid Training. These classes are great for healthcare providers, workplace requirements, or anyone who wants to learn how to respond in an emergency.

Our classes are hands-on, relaxed, and taught by experienced EMS instructors, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.

Beth found her husband Luis crumpled on the bathroom floor. He wasn’t breathing. "Call 911!" she screamed to her daughters.

Beth had taken a CPR class a decade earlier. With coaching from the 911 operator, she started pumping on his chest. Although she felt his ribs break, Beth kept going until paramedics arrived. They shocked him multiple times with an automated external defibrillator, or AED, before his heart started beating again.

"I always envisioned if I needed to use CPR, it would be some random person in the street," Beth said. "Not in my house and not my husband. From the minute we arrived at the hospital, everyone told me I saved his life.

“Everyone needs to learn CPR."

7 out of 10 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen at home. Be ready by knowing the two steps of Hands-Only CPR: Call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
